Thank you for your interest in working with The Wedding Opera – a worldwide celebrated online wedding platform!

We’re currently seeking a part-time Blogger with a passion for weddings & style to join our team!

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, self-starter who is adaptable and loves learning new skills.

You must be personable with excellent oral and written communication skills and an eye for everything weddings.

You will create blog posts of real and stylized weddings and various other related content for our blog.

Here is an example of tasks (other tasks may be added):

  •  Organize and schedule submissions in publishing calendar
  • Create blog posts in WordPress – curate images (which will be provided), tag and link vendors, write blurbs and articles
  • Communicate with featured vendors via email
  • Create posts for social media including Facebook, twitter, LinkeIn, Pinterest and Instagram.
  • Coordinate with other staff to complete other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

WordPress, Writing, Social Media, online research, ease of learning new software, email etiquette and a willingness to learn!

This is a paid – part-time – work from home position – approx. 8 – 10 hours a week starting at $14/ hour.

Perfect if you want to create your own schedule as long as publishing deadlines are met.

Lots of growth potential for more hours and increase in pay for the right person!
